OEMPL is committed to create a healthy work force and hence it implements a standard policy to achieve its Health Goal. OEMPL has come up with an innovative and break through procedure wherein its Doctors (who have signed MoU with OEMPL) can consult its crew even when they are onboard through technology. Also this procedure intends to maintain historical health status of every seafarer, it will support in minimization of on board emergencies and incidents. This will help fulfillment of client operations smoothly.

Safety

OEMPL creates safety awareness amongst its seafarers and employees through regular trainings, briefings and mock drills. We know that the safety awareness is the key to create work environment free from hazards and injury.

DRUGS & ALCOHOL POLICY


DE-EXTINCT YOURSELF

OEMPL has ZERO tolerance policy for DRUGS and ALCOHOL.

OEMPL ensures Zero tolerance by taking self declaration from seafarers and laying prohibition on every seafarer and its employees through its policy. We prohibit carrying and using any addictive, unprescribed drug alcohol or substance. As per our policy any prescribed medicine, drug has to be declared in advance and endorsed by our MoU signed doctors.
